This Florida villa has been recently refurbished with modern decor, and with brand new carpets installed in late 2012. The open plan living area includes a spacious lounge with large flat screen television with DVD player, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, mircrowave, coffeemaker, tea kettle, toaster and plenty of cookware and dinnerware. There is a master bedroom with King-size bed, televsion, and ensuite bathroom, a 2nd bedroom with Queen-size bed and television, a Princess-themed bedroom and Mickey-themed bedroom each with 2 x twin beds. 

 

The large free-form pool is set in a well-sized pool deck and has a covered lanai with a screened enclosure overlooking a conservation area.. Patio furniture comprises of a table and 4 chairs plus 2 sunloungers. Additional facilities include free wi-fi, free telephone calls including long distance international calls, games room, play pen, and high chair. Rates are inclusive of taxes, Payment Protection Fee, and cleaning fees.

"This was our second stay with this company. Both time have been great.This time we loved the space and the new feel of the space. We had our trip planned out and once we got there the plans went out of the window. The structure of the home was good and well decorated. The pool was nice and the lighting allowed for night swimming. All of the appliances worked well and we cooked and cleaned everything. Sorry, we had to leave the towels in the dryer drying; but I left a note to let you know. I want to thank everyone for making this a nice celebration trip for us."

"Stayed at this villa for a week and had a great time. The house was very cosy and reminded us of being at home. The children went wild over the princess and mickey mouse bedrooms. The location was great, we were very close to all the major attractions and didn't have to spend any money on toll roads. Overall it was a fun vacation. Would recommend this house."
