This is a large Gulf Coast villa overlooking the Rotonda River. On entry to this comfortable home you pass the formal dining area with table and chairs on the right, and den with sleeper sofa on the left which also has TV/VCR. Once into the living room there are comfortable sofas, coffee tables, large flat screen TV and sliding glass doors which overlook the pool and spa. There is a large open plan kitchen with all modern appliances and breakfast area table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen leads to a laundry room with washer/dryer.

The first master bedroom is on the left and has a queen size bed. TV and French doors which lead to the pool area. Large master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with large corner tub and walk-in shower, is to the rear of the home and has a queen bed, TV and again French doors onto patio area. There are two further guest rooms one with full size bed and another with twin beds. These bedrooms share a full hall bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom which is great for access from pool area.

The solar heated pool and electrically heated spa overlook the river and the lanai is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Comfortable loungers are provided to relax by the pool and there is also a gas grill.
