To the right of the dining area is the spacious kitchen all in wood, fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. And there is a small table for casual dining. The living room is all in comfortable cream coloured furniture with striking, colourful art work on the wall. There is a TV and an entrance to the pool area. The pool is a lap pool and the pool and lanai looks out over the large, well landscaped backyard to the bay. There is lots of seating for enjoying the beautiful vista. On the other side of the house are the other two guest rooms each with 2 twin beds and they share a full bathroom with tub and shower. There is a ping pong table and BBQ grill in the garage.
