This elegant , fully equipped four bedroom 2 storey Florida villa is located in the waterfront community of Gulf Landings. The kids or kids at heart will enjoy the spacious games room downstairs (table tennis, hoops game and air hockey). Upstairs you will find a bright open floor plan with a spacious living room with patio doors giving access to a large balcony overlooking the pool, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar & bar stools, and a dining area. The master bedroom opens up to a large balcony that overlooks the screened in patio and pool. The master bedroom has television and DVD/VCR and a full en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed and bedroom 3 and 4 each have two twin beds. A further powder room is situated just off the dining area. The covered lanai, ideal for our door dining, and the pool deck are well equipped with loungers and chairs where you can relax with a cold beverage overlooking the pool and waterway beyond. Tarpon Springs, just 20 minutes drive, offers the opportunity to take a trip to see divers collecting sponges. There are a number of State Parks in the area, and canoeing is popular in the nearby Weeki Wachi River.
