Situated directly on the beautiful beach, each of these two-bedroom, two-bathroom tropical villas is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a Florida holiday.

Each of the tropical Florida holiday villas at Cocoplum Beach & Tennis Clus are fully furnished and equipped and are ideal for families or 2 couples. This unique Florida Keys style resort has 20 Florida holiday homes all on the same property. Vacation with friends and family and still have the privacy of your own vacation home. The elevated living spaces are on two floors, both overlooking the lush tropical landscaped grounds. The ground floor level has your own washer & dryer, and storage for bikes or dive tanks.

The entry levels (actually, the second floor) contains the kitchen, the dining room and a large, screened in patio, elevated off the ground to catch the tropical breezes. There is a serve-through window from the kitchen to make mealtime a snap. The full kitchen offers you the convenience of your own home... microwave ovens, coffee makers, blenders, toasters and dishwashers. All of the necessary cookware, utensils, linens, and dinnerware are provided. The upper floor of each unit contains two bedrooms each of which has cable television, the two full bathrooms and the living room. The master suite contains a queen-bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom contains a queen size bed and a twin size bed.  Every villa has a spiral staircase connecting the two floors. Cable television & DVD/VCR are in each of the living rooms. The maximum occupancy is six people per villa. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the guestroom room also has a queen-size bed, and a twin bed, and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The swimming pool is located directly on the beachfront and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The exciting heated pool  features a zero-edge concept with tiled mosaics and a stunning patio-deck made of stone pavers.

These beautiful Florida villas overlook the lush, tropically landscaped gardens and are on the edge of the ocean. There are over 100 varieties of trees, including 15 types of fruit trees and picnic areas and outdoor barbeque pits overlook the Atlantic. There are cabanas on the beach, and jet skis and sailboats are available nearby at The Island. Relax in the hot tub, or gather on the party patio with a covered open-air bar. Within minutes you could be snorkelling, deep-sea or backcountry fishing, sailing or diving and you can finish your day at one of the fabulous restaurants nearby. Or you can just relax in a hammock and enjoy the ocean breezes.

Guests can take the opportunity to swim with the dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center. Cocoplum offers boat docks with the new nine slip dockage designed for boats up to 40' and is located on a deep water canal. Canal fishing is also accessible on the dock.

"I would love to say that this place is terrible & that everyone should stay away so I could have this place to myself. But...As our first family trip to FL we didn't want to leave. Our unit was,as has been said, perhaps a bit dated decoratively, but so what? It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could want. The staff is absolutely first rate. Derrick went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction and even the gardener (who has created an amazing, beautiful space) was very kind and helpful. I would (will) be back in a heartbeat."

"We had a very wonderful stay at Cocoplum Resort. the view's are beatiful and very romantic. the location is very convienent and right of the main road. the service is excellent and very accommodating. The rooms are very nice, clean and set up with anything you would ever need. The staff is very helpful and acommendating.The restaurants we ate in had all excellent meals and the prices were very reasonable. Our over all expierence at Cocoplum was exciting and yet very relaxing, romantic, cozy, and lots of fun.We deffinetly will be back."

"I recently took a short trip to the Keys, and stayed at Cocoplum. The units are a little dated, but have everything you need and nothing you don't! The units are spacious, with plenty of room to spread out in, especially the big screened in porch overlooking the gardens. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and sleeping with the windows open high in the trees was truly one of the great joys of the trip. The pool was quiet and the beach was beautiful. There was a little seaweed on the beach but the shell collecting was wonderful! The pool/beach furniture was a little worn with some broken straps. But when I brought it to the attention of management, they said they were expecting their new furniture any day. It's a work in progress, but incredibly quiet, relaxing, and a hidden gem!! I WILL be back....probably several times.

"Although the accommodation could do with a slight refurb in places, the location outshines everything else. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Rick the maintenance man who was very informative. My 6 year old grandaughter thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool as did the rest of us. I would certainly recommend Cocoplum and hopefully wil return one day in the not too distant future. One of my fondest memories will be getting up early one morning and seeing the dolphin pods frolicking away - after that we saw them on a regular basis at various times during the day which was lovely."

"Great location, beach and pool were very nice. Rooms need updating but clean. But this is the way it is in much of the Keys. Enjoyed the Keys environment greatly, very laid back. Great restaurants, fishing, coconut trees, wildlife, snorkeling, many things to do. Great value in the rates at Cocoplum, can't beat the price."
