This Florida villa is a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom and 5 bathroom home overlooking Bonefish Bay located in Marathon with a 135 foot dock with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean. There is a brand new 32 ft x 15 ft heated pool and large deck. This Florida villa is within easy reach of Key West and is close to Islamorada the heart of the Florida Keys, and Key Largo. The villa features a large granite and maple kitchen with first class appliances. This villa rents by the week only, Saturday to Saturday.
All 4 bedrooms have a separate bathroom with shower
2 of the bedrooms each have a Kingsize bed
Each of these (King) bedrooms have a huge screened inpatio overlooking through French doors - Bonefish Bay
2 of the bedrooms each have 2 Queensize beds and ceiling fans

The 135 foot dock with power and water with deep water (6 ft at MHW) and with no bridges to the ocean, is located on weather protected Bonefish Bay with clean water (very little seaweed accumulation at anytime of year).
