Hawk’s Cry is a three bedroom townhouse situated within the luxury Allamanda development in Cap Estate and on the north coast of St. Lucia and on Anse Galet pebble beach. Hawk’s Cry, with a spectacular view overlooking Anse Galet beach and the island of Martinique in the distance, is a great location for a Caribbean holiday. The Allamanda development is situated within fully landscaped gardens and additionally has one large swimming pool which has been built close to Anse Galet beach. Cap Estate is a residential area with private homes and an 18 hole championship golf course, three hotels and restaurants and 2 more beaches. Anse Becune and the Causeway beaches and the Pigeon Island National Park are approximately a 10-15 minute walk away, and the numerous shops and restaurants situated in Rodney Bay are about a 10 minute drive away.
Hawk’s Cry has been constructed to very high standards and has been professionally interior decorated. The property is centrally air conditioned, plus strategically placed ceiling fans. There is 110 and 220 voltage available throughout.The entrance to the townhouse is into an open plan kitchen and dining room with a dining table to seat 8 persons. This leads directly to a comfortable sitting room with TV connected to cablevision and a DVD player. The sitting room is surrounded by glass doors which open out onto a large patio and a wonderful sea view and ocean breeze. A powder room is situated off the steps leading from the dining room. Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom suite with a King-size bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a bath. Downstairs are two more bedrooms – bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and ensuite shower room, and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and an ensuite shower room. There is also a laundry room.
The townhouse is situated in gently sloping landscaped gardens and has its own plunge pool. There is a night time security guard and the development is fenced and gated with an entry phone system. There is a 110/220 backup generator in the event of a power outage.
