Fattoria Spinola is close to vineyards and cultivated fields, and is situated in the heart of Umbria, just 7 kms from Perugia, and 10 kms from Assisi, making it an ideal location for a holiday in Italy.

The Villa is divided into 2 independant apartments. The apartments can be rented independently or in combination; with a swimming pool, panoramic view, private garden with barbecue.

Apartment Brufa sleeps up to 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dish-washer, microwave, and washing machine, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with baby cot, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with bathtube and shower settings.

Apartment Mela sleeps 6/8 persons. On the ground floor there is a large living room, fully equipped kitchen with dish-washer,microwave and washing machine, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a large and light living room with fireplace and a double sofa bed; a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds + a baby cot, and a bathroom with bathtube & shower settings.

Cottage Nido sleeps 2 persons, and consists of a large and sunny living/dining room with double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, a large double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. SUITABLE FOR DISABLED.

The large swimming pool enjoys panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, and the solarium is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. There are also barbecues for use by guests. 

The most important art centres of Umbria  and Tuscany are within easy reach by car.
